I have always had a passion for art and the skill and love to make a project come to life. As an impasto artist (using layers of very thick paint), my creations look like they are three dimensional (3-D).
Depending on the piece, I use acrylic paint (indoor) and house latex and enamel paint (outdoor). I mostly use palette knifes, spoons, wood, paint bottles, special thickening agents, brushes and various tools when I am completing a piece.
My work has been as small as a 12" x 12" piece and as large as 25 feet long. Most of my art pieces are larger (48" x 60") and this size has become my standard. I enjoy creating U.S. Flags, drip paintings (inspired by Jackson Pollock) and flower creations.
I want to personally thank you for taking the time to visit my website, and spending a few minutes viewing my work. I would be honored to have one of my paintings hang on a wall in your home or office, or if one of my lamps are able to shed light for you.
If you own a gallery, museum, or retail store and would like to sell/represent my work, please contact me at 727-773-6608
