"Little Miss Sunshine"
This Bluetooth Sound Machine is made from a regular sized marching/concert sousaphone. Originally made in the late 1970's, this Brass and Fiberglass sousaphone has traveled the country and played at hundreds of sports stadiums and concert halls. It has been transformed with black textured paint and clear coats, a far cry from the multiple colors that it was painted, the last being fire engine red. The brass has been bought back to its original worn and used look and has been polished.
This Bluetooth Sound Machine took me 276 hours to make and I used nearly 300 feet of copper to make the elaborate base and the sunshine ring that sits on the large bell. It you look closely, the ring has multiple marbles and 2 inch clear glass balls.
The sound of the speaker echoing out of the sousaphone will bring a smile to your face and blow your mind. The compartment where the speaker sits inside the bell is large enough so you can replace the speaker that comes with the instrument to use your own Bluetooth speaker or your wireless Google Home or Alexa.
This piece is a show stopper and is approximately 75" tall, 48" wide and 36" deep.
